The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry...

… we planned to run our show on Relocating on 10/20… but Darlene was out on jury duty again.  If you listened to our last show Darlene and I discussed her experience on jury duty for those of you who have never served (like myself – I got so close).

The Oct. 27th show focused on Online Networking.  We talked to Adam Grohman, Director of Student Conduct and Community Education on the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University about college campus’s reaction to what they consider MySpace and Facebook behavior unbecoming of a college student; and had our own repartee about forms of successful online networking and how to make it a tool for your job search.  Next week:  Your First Month on the Job… and at some point we will get back to talking about relocating… promise  :)
